Set of P/S high-pressure double tanks less than a year old . The tanks have a Halcyon manifold and highland stainless steel bands . These tanks are excellent condition and are O2 clean.725.00 plus shipping .contact bdavis446@earthlink.net.

You're mixing your nomenclatures here. If they are, indeed, E8-130s, they are 3442psi working pressure. "High Pressure" PST cylinders, which have been discontinued, are 3500psi working pressure. While this seems trivial, it isn't, because "High Pressure" cylinders use a different sized valve, valves which are NOT usable on Low Pressure, E-series, or aluminum.

Your buyer needs to know which valve these use.
