OMS will be replacing the 300 Bar manifolds with new ones that do not have a problem with the isolator sizing. The new manifolds should be available within the next 3-4 weeks and would recommend that anyone using this manifold please return to the nearest OMS dealer.

This sounded like a major deal until you read that only 140 units are affected and it sounds like they just put too thin of an O-ring in the units.

The problem is not the incorrect o-rings but the machining process of the isolator.
