Lighting: Where is AUL?

What happened to American Underwater Lighting? Until HID lights, they made some pretty good lights...does anyone have a contact for the company? Did they go out of business? Can't find anything on the internet.

Arnold Jackson got very frustated when S**tek brought lawsuits against
the dive light manufactures for HID patent volations. Arnold elected to fold shop verses fight court battles or pay penalties. It's too bad. He had good products and customer service. Curt Deremer at DPV Repair does do repairs on AUL products and bought out the company's old stock. So he would also be the source for replacement parts.
