Nice Job! What are you going to use for a light head?

I'm going to use my 18W Salvo for right now but I'm going to build a head next. either a 21 MR16 or 21 adjustable.

I added two more photos of the Finished light. Testing tomorrow
Nice! Do you have a lathe, or do you just use a belt sander?

I pray on the good nature of a friend with a machine shop.
The first test went well, there was a drop or two of water but a think I know where it came from.

I need some help with sourcing materials. I live in Spain and we are kind of out of this world for UW equipment.
I need:
1.- pull down latches source
2.- cable connector source
3.- two position rubber booted connector
Thanks

I don't know if you will have import issues but here goes
1. The latches are Nielsen-Sessions Online store
https://trorderonline.thomasregister.com/itemdetails.aspx?az=46893004&cat=1681&origin=OOL&prof=141469&itemid=2207315&phid=12681649&search_type=ph&searchstring=
2. If you mean the Gland?? Unless you are buying 50 just get it from Salvo or DR. If you are going to buy 50 they are ARGO
http://mdmetric.com/ has them here is the US
3. I get the DR or Salvo boots here too but I just recently found ACE hardware here is Florida has switchboots in the Marine section so look in a boating supply store for the switch and switch boots.
Hope this helps

I mean the conector that goes though the lid and blocks the cable in place and waterproofs it.
The other part was the two position switch with the rubber book, I think that is the gland that you mentioned
Thanks

You are forgetting I live in Spain. What I need are some part numbers so i can call ACE and order the parts.
We donīt have places like ACE in here, I wish we had.

The switch and boots are simple Marine components and you shold be able to find them at any marine store. They have those is Spain right?
The gland actually comes from Europe.

Thanks, I found the gland at the ARGO catalog, what I meant was if there is a recommended one.
And about the switch the same goes. I live in madrid just in the center of madrid (nose sea or lakes) so finding a marine shop in Madrid is more complex than buying in the web.
