We have redesigned our High Visibility Aluminum Spool to be a little bit larger to accommodate 120 feet (36meters) of # 24 line or 75 feet (23 meters) of # 36 line.

How thick are the spool sides? Do they bend easily if put something heavy on them?

I have not seen one that has been damaged before. I suppose if you drop something heavy enough you could damage it but if you dropped something heavy on a delrin spool that would be the end of that one also..

You can always order one and if you are not happy with it than just return it to us... No questions asked

They were just brought to the powdercoater and we should see them sometime in the next week if all goes well...
