I wasn't really planning on it, but got a deal I couldn't refuse on a DR transpac and wing. It seems that DR would like for me to complete the system with their integrated weight pockets, which seem to me are very expensive - even in the world of dive gear. BTW, I'm going to use this rig for OW only.

Has anyone had any experience with the DR integrated weight pockets? Are they worth the $119 they cost? Good alternatives (beside a weight belt). Any used ones for sale?

Thank you.

I prefer Scubapro's system made for the S-Tek. The newer ones use a Fastex buckle so the pockets don't fall out inadventently.

They'll attach on the TransPak's waist belt.

I had a set. They are much better now that they included that plastic clip so you don't lose your weights...
