I am setting up a deco bottle and wanted to know your suggestion and tips for making your own staging kits.
1). Rope (What type? which would not easly rot)
2). Clips ( I am thinking between butterfly or sucide clips)
3). Tubing and tire tube (Alternatives to tire tube?)
4). Clamps (can you buy them at any hardware store)
Do I need anything else?

Here are a few examples-
Please keep in mind that this is a commercial site and as such they are promoting their product (not totally a bad thing.) If nothing else you can see how they set it up and run it.

Good look and have fun.

I think that third one's a parody. It can't be for real.

It's on DIR-diver.com, and it has an MOD of 33' listed....aka 80%.....aka str*ke gas, according to the GUEbers.

See I knew there had to be something. I was looking at the rig.
BTW Mike how was Mexico?
that might be 33m not 33' which would be 110' aka 32%

it is 33m aka tx 30/30, remember this is a Swedish guy.
But in my opinion it is cheaper and easier to buy the Halcyon or DIR Zone rigging kits, even though that it is way cooler when you do it yourself
