There are several areas of Telfords lines that need replacing. There is a section at Terrapin that needs a good 50ft replaced.

I would have replaced it with fresh goldline had I planned a second dive.

If someone does not do it by the next time I am up, I will make a "special" dive to repair the needed spots.

Just an FYI.

Also, the locals thought it would be fun to dump the dumpster out, so they did. There is trash everywhere. I picked up what I could in 20min or so, but it will require more hands.

Thats not dumped out of the dumpster thats the crap that has been piled around it. It is time to do a clean up. Anyone want to join in and schedule a clean up of Telford so it will be nice and pretty for the Locals next summer :evil:

Hey why don't we combine line replacement and cleanup project? If i'm not mistaken line at Terrapin was in the same bad shape at least one year ago already. If annual event will happen this year i'll drive up there.

I'll be happy to help out again. Only this time I will not jump from the bank to the water edge to get that last bear bottle I could not get to any other way. I though I had jumped into quicksand, I sunk so low!

You guys post a date and I'll try to be there. I haven't been to Telford yet, so this would make a nice excuse. :-D

How about the Sunday after the NACD conference weekend? Nov 20th.

I'll be there around 9am.

I'll bring garbage bags and jesus juice.

Who will bring the other things?

Gloves (latex is fine)
Rake(s)
Anything else...


I'll also get some goldline from Rennaker, as I am sure he won't mind donating 100ft or so of it for repairs.

Sat, Sun: 19,20 are ok for me. BTW there will be Charlie's annual dinner in Ginnie on Sunday, so some of us may want to attend it...

I wish it was, but I am not able to make it.

You guys can still meet there and do a cleanup though, the trash isn't going anywhere... :-D
