Kinda apart from mainstream cave diving but I hoped maybe some cave divers are already there... Anybody is going to Edgerock YMCA gym at 3563 Phillips Hwy. Suite 702 Jacksonville? I would like to start going there on Friday after 1500 (or other wk day/time would be allright). I'm too fat yet for serious workouts but I keep working on it.
