I know there hard to find but i need the orifice and the housing packaged (not the casing assembly). From the diagram i have they are respectively parts #11-128-116 & #11-128-006.
I shall be in cave country Fla from June 7th to the 18th, staying in High springs.
Thanks

I'll dig through the parts bin and let you know what I find, but we're closed until Wednesday. Maybe I'll find what you need.

Bernie,

You know that thing is older than dirt, but if you must keep diving it...I have a Pilot on the shelf in the shop that was rebuilt about 15 years ago and never dived. Make me an offer...

Yeah i know its old. Someone told me 1977. But it was given to me and it always worked great. I`ve already found a replacement for it. But if i can fix it....more back ups....

Bernie,
I too am a dedicated Pilot and Air 1 addict. I have four Pilots and four Air 1's in regular service. I also have four disassembled Pilots for parts since Scubapro no longer supports them. I will have to look at my parts diagram to see which parts that you need...I probably have them. The bad news is that I will be in France diving the same time that you are in N. Florida. I only live three miles from CEE. CEE also has a qualified technician for repairs and tuning of these regs if you need that service. Why don't you send me a PM and maybe we can work something out.
