There are a lot of OW dive shops there.

I was there the last 3 years till this fall. There are few easily accesable sites, but there are certainly caves. The person you want to talk to is Mark Parish. He's half owner of Big Blue, but has his own expedition company as well, Amphibious Adventures. How much work (and momey) are you willing to invest? Certainly give Mark a call though.
