Cutting devices

Where do you have them located? I have a small knife on my waist strap but can't decide on where to put the z-knife. Any suggestions? I'm diving a nomad......

Carry one on each wrist under the dive computer straps. I think wrist area is best, as long as you can move/see your hands you can access your cutting device and it's highly unlikely to catch something if rigged properly

I often carry one on my mask strap. Easy to get to in small places even.

I have one on the goodman handle and one on the harness. I tend to use the one on the goodman handle the most, then again when I tend to need it seems to be when I can't get to the one on the harness... :)

I have seen people with them on their computer strap but the goodman handle sounds like a good idea too.

The mask strap sounds good too but where at on the mask strap?

I put it on the left side right up against the mask (as far forward as I can). The only reason I use that side is I put a light on the right strap - the bigger light sometimes got caught on my inflator hose on the left side.

I have placed z-knives in several places, but I have come to like the following setup:

1 on the Sternum Strap
1 on the Computer Strap

It might look funny out of the water but would be functional!

I played with the chest strap and that will work out pretty good.

I guess there are only so many places to put stuff on a rig. Any other options?

i have a z knife on each shoulder right above the dring. any lower on the rig and i wouldnt be able to reach in a tight spot, and i dont like them on my wrist
