Cave Diving in Asia?

My work now takes me to Japan, Taiwan, and Korea fairly frequently. A few trips back I managed a couple of open water dives in Atami in Japan, but couldn't hook up with the guy in the area who does the cave diving.

Does anyone have any recommendations for cave diving in Japan, Korea, or Taiwan with operators who are at least mildly conversant in English?
