Can anyone tell me where I can find a replacement bulb for a 21 watt HID light from Dive Rite? DR wants me to send in the light head and have it changed over to a 24 watt for close to $300. I would rather spend less money and just buy a new bulb if possible. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Also, is there any way to test the bulb and/or the ballast?

Are they in the US? Please do tell us the number. I have been dealing with Brightstar, but would like a US source if available. I think the quantity price on those from BS is $76 plus shipping (if you buy like 100)and some foreign bank fees so $100 is fair.
Thanks

I did a search for info@newpex.com and payment@hid-light.com, and they point back to the same graphic designer in CA. That listing shows he/she (Tzuling Liu (http://www.whitepages.com/search/Replay?facebook_count=0&lower=1&more_info=1&search_id=40171370768949911319&search_type=reversephone&site_id=9900&twitter_count=0)) works for Newpex.
I suspect this is a small importer for Bright Star. That would expalin the cheap price.
Topic starter actually asked about 21W HID bulb. To author: can you post a picture of the bulb?
I did 10W MR11 HID replacement for Welch Allyn for less than $85. It is actually Trailtech 13W bulb and it works very nice. I did not buy from the link I'm posting (I don't have records on my hands at the moment) but it is available at http://www.batteryspace.com/browseproducts/Welch-Allyn-HID-light-repalcement-Bulb--10-13W-MR11-for-Trail-Tech.html
