Tortuga and Vaca Ha

Hi everyone,
In Febuary 2009 I went to Mexico and the site for Cenote Tortuga and Vaca Ha was closed. The owner were trying to sell the proprety (in what I heard) and there was some people working on the site so the owner were not giving the keys to the site.

Does anyone know how is the access right now?
Access is aloud?
Same owner?
Same place for the key?

I went to thoses cenotes a few time before and I am planing a new trip for Feburary.

As recently as last week, there was still no access to those sites. As I understand it, the property WAS sold, and the new owner does not want divers there.

If true, that's a real shame. I liked both of those spots.

It is certainly true for right now. I heard vague rumors that there may be somebody trying to talk to the new landowner.
