I'm heading down to Mexico Sunday to dive Ixchel, a recently discovered long cave as posted on the QRSS web page. Ela and Adam of Cave Heaven have been exploring and mapping this cave for some months and have laid over 6000 feet of line. I was shown the cenote this past February but was asked to keep it under the radar until they had a chance to do the initial exploration. I will be spending my 50th birthday as one of the first few to dive Ixchel... not a bad present!
