Divers survey and/or list

Hello CDF, recently a tekdiver club almost formed up here in Quebec, but due to the logistics and involment of the participants, this has proved dissapointing. I did however come up with the idea of a divers survey/list wich would allow divers to get to know each other pretty well before diving together. This has been compared to a sort of ``lavalife`` for divers.
I have come up with a list of 35ish questions (i keep adding some) that could be part of this forum.
What do you think and were could i send my list (a word document)?
